Employee Counselling from Borders Counselling provides immediate online emotional support and assistance, 365 days a year. So your employees can access confidential support from professional counsellors at a time and place to suit them.
Once you are registered with us, your employees can sign in to our site to talk online to one of our counsellors at any time. Clients have two options: they may use our secure instant chat system or they may opt for e-mail counselling (or if they prefer combine both approaches).
To be effective, counselling needs to be confidential, appropriate and available at the right time. Our flexible online services can give your business exactly the type and level of support required.
All of our counsellors are trained professionals with experience in brief counselling. They are accredited either by the BACP, The Counselling Society, or other recognised professional body. In most cases, we find that 3 – 6 sessions is more than adequate to address immediate difficulties in a meaningful way.
At the end of each month you are provided with a full, verified report on the number of counselling sessions undertaken.
